Organized Paperwork = Easier, More Effective Treatment

Data logs don't necessarily have to be meticulously organized. They just need data, right? However, there are some visual tools you can put in your data logs that can make it easier to check up on your students' with just a glance. My goal with this new school year is to have more organized data in my working files. Here are some forms that I will include with each file this year to hopefully simplify the process of searching through my data logs. Forms include:

• Speech Language Therapy Attendance Log (I use this as a cover sheet to my data)
• Speech Language Treatment Cycle (I put this on the back side of the cover sheet, it serves as a visual to see if I am spending appropriate amount of time on each goal)
• Articulation Therapy Data Sheet
• Articulation and Language Therapy Data Sheet
• Language Therapy Data Sheet
